L.E.T.S. Café
Have you ever wondered what it would be like to run
a small food business?
With the L.E.T.S., you can do it.
We have our
L.E.T.S. Café at every market.
If you take on the task of being the L.E.T.S.
Café vendor (cost is the same as renting a table),
you can decide the menu and the prices. You
buy and sell the food (at least 20% green).
Don't buy any food you don't want to take
home and eat yourself. Although we provide
free coffee (and sometimes free take-home
ice cream), you are welcome to sell juice, pop,
or anything you think will sell. Of course, at the
end of the market, you would be required to
make sure the kitchen is clean. In essence,
this Café would be your small business.
